This was one of the three pieces of my final portfolio that I've done for my BS art class last spring. I took it because it was a requirement for my college rather than taking Music, Dance, or Drama. All I did in the class was listen to my mp3 and drew whatever the professor set out on the table while ignoring everything that she said since it was, after all, a BS class.

And you say you're not good with details. The fabric and the flower in her hair have awesome details to me even if they aren't all the details like your reference it still have coolie cool detailing. This is lovely though.
